I downloaded this game and when I try to run it, all I get is the Big Fish Manager no game in the Queue I have tried 3 times same result When trying to install directly through the game manager I get the no internet prompt as previous poster reported

I'm so sorry to hear there's been trouble getting the game to download and install. It sounds like the Big Fish Games app is having troubles communicating with the site to retrieve the information it needs to download the game. We can try a couple of tricks to see if we can get that fixed up, such as changing how the app tries to download and install needed files. Steps for that can be found here:

If that doesn't resolve the situation, please send a message to our Technical Support Team for additional assistance. My entire game manager has disappeared while trying to download this game. Well, this is a first! Very odd
I shut down my computer and when I reopened it the Game Manager magically appeared! Happy Thanksgiving everyone lol!

I'm sorry to hear about those troubles installing the game. If you haven't done it already, it may help to uninstall and reinstall the Big Fish Games app, since it sounds like that helped Mystdee2. Steps for how to do that can be found here:

I did want to quickly reassure that downloading through the Big Fish Games app instead of through the website does not result in a second charge. Our system is set up to automatically prevent the purchase of the same item twice on the same account. As long as the app and the website are logged into the same account, the app will recognize that the game has already been purchased and simply ask if you want to activate the game. More information about this can be found here:

Is anyone having trouble picking up the stamp in the puzzle about 20 minutes in the game?
in the HOP about 20 minutes into the game. I hit the hint button and then click where it goes and nothing happens.

For me, I stumbled upon it accidentally. Spoiler highlight to read: in the lower right corner near edge of field. It's the business type upright with a handle.

It sounds like there's been some trouble finding the stamper in one of the puzzles. Thanks to kdubs for offering some advice that may help get things moving forward for everyone!
If the tip fro kdubs's post doesn't resolve the issues, it may help to run the game as an Administrator or to check for video card driver updates to make sure that the game has everything it needs to work correctly.

I have uninstalled game manager and reinstalled 3 times. Still says I don't have an internet connection. This is getting old. All I want is the game that I purchased.

I can't download the game even after the uninstall/reinstall. Seems that MCF rushed the past games through. This is not the first game that people have had problems installing then just playing the game.
