If you are having problems getting the game to work as it should, we highly recommend visiting the Big Fish Games Help pages as they are always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped past players correct various types of problems:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility
Run Game as Administrator
If you are not able to get a game working properly using the information in our Big Fish Games Help articles, please get in touch with the Customer Support Team. It would also be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide the most appropriate support as quickly as possible.

Sorry to hear there's been trouble accessing the Puzzles in the Extras section of the game. When parts of a game don't display or respond properly, it can help to make sure the game has all the permissions and resources it needs to work as they should. Steps for this can be found at these links:

Run Game as Administrator

Playing on a MacBook Pro OS 10.8.5.
I also cannot play the Puzzles in the Extras section. I have completed the entire game, collected all morphing objects and completed all collections. The puzzles are completely white. If you click on 2 sections, the puzzle pieces briefly flash as they switch places, but then the screen is completely white again. That's some serious challenge to a simple puzzle!
I wonder if gaillavielle is also playing on a Mac...they didn't mention their system....anyone else having this issue?
I guess I'll go ahead and contact tech support, as video driver updates don't help and running as administrator isn't a Mac option. *sigh*, guess I'd better prepare for a coupon. Darn, I'd really like to play the puzzles I earned.
ETA: Uninstalled and reinstalled...no change.

I'm really sorry that the Puzzles in the Extras section can't be played, and I definitely want to provide some help. I would suggest beginning with the help article below; updating the programs it recommends can often fix glitches with Mac games.
