Sorry to hear there are some troubles progressing in the game! Let's see if we can get things moving with some troubleshooting. When a game tries to load a level but doesn't seem to be able to, it's possible something went wrong with the files in the background of the game, and reinstalling is a good way to get a fresh start for things. It's also possible that the files for the next level need more permissions to work correctly. The following links have steps for each of these possibilities:

Uninstall and Reinstall a Game
Run Game as Administrator
