What is the difference in the 2 games, playing wise? I have never purchased a CE game and wondered it they are worth the money?

I don't know the diff either, but in playing Lighthouse I was disappointed to see the slowness and inability to control cursor. Sure was hoping this would be another Ravenhearst or Dire Grove......do you think they have any coming in the future?

It depends on the game whether it's worth the extra money--many of the Collector's Editions have bonuses like extra chapters or levels, wall paper, strategy guides, music...

Read the description to decide if you feel it's worth the extra money for that particular game.

Certainly many of them have been: Dire Grove, Sweeney Todd, Briar Rose--to name just a few--that I was definitely glad I paid the extra money for.

There was one post in the Review topic for this game by govegril and she said that the bonus chapter took her a half hour to play.

i bought the ce addition and played the 6.99 game. no difference as far as i could tell. the skip button doesn't work in either version. not worth the additional money.

Then you missed the bonus game.

Click on the extras menu to play

CEs almost always come with a Strategy Guide. They often include a Bonus Game, wallpapers, and a downloadable sounbdtrack of the music from the game. However, just because it costs more and offers a couple of extras, doesn't guarantee you a good game.

hi
the diffirence in $6.99 n $19,99 games are $19.99 games have a bounus game that continues on with that game. n i would highly reccomend buying the COLLECTOR EDTIONS as regualr games don't have bounus n you have to buy COLLECTOR EDTION to play the bounus game n it really worth buying as i buy most all CLOOLECTOR EDTIONS as bounus game contiunes the game play.

Hi Fishies,

Each Collector's Edition is a bit different, but we do have a help article here that covers a bit more about them if you'd like to take a look:

Collector's Editions

I hope that helps!
