Puzzle Box with seven options

The answer to this puzzle is indicated as in the notebook. I set the indicators as out lined in the notebook, but nothing happens???? Is the notebook incorrect? I'm stuck please help...

Is this the one in the laboratory? I used the code that I found in the room and it worked.
