The Rose painting, Buckingham Palace

I've found everything in the throne room. The only tool left is the pencil. Hover it over the queen in the rose dress and it turns blue with wheels. The pencil enlarges it but doesn't finish the scene. What's the secret to moving on please.

Cleaned up the photo and got through. I'm in the stained glass place. Need to find a necklace and vines which are not in blue. Using a hint points to the pile of coins. I only have the cart left. This is not the tool needed. I'd like to go back into the previous room to see if there's anything there I need but there's no exit from the stained glass room. Once again, can you please help?

I remember that the handcart is used last.

i went and looked at gamezebo- no help there. It looks like there is a necklace or a rosary hanging from the wrist of the left statue. I could not see any vines. sorry I was not more help

Help!!! I am in the music room and there are five objects and I have placed them everywhere and nothing happens. I have been stuck in this room for months. Now this game is not playable anymore because I am getting nowhere. Please if you or anyone knows what to do in the music room please advise me soon. I am about to give up this game for good. I was doing fine and enjoying until I got to the music room with the piano in the middle of the room. There are no clues as what to do next. I have tried everything including combining objects one on top of the other, and that is not allowed.
