If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Frequent Crashing of Game
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. The forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly. If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

As some others have noted elsewhere in this forum, I can't enter a player name. I had already demoed this game in the past, so was not able to demo it this morning before buying it. I didn't recall any problems with the game before, but I may not have tried to enter a player name before. *So far* it's been saving ok though...

I have not been able to resolve the issue about being able to change the player name.

I did find the player data files on my computer at C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Dream Farm Games\TBW The Story of Dragons . I deleted these and let the game recreate them. The result was a fresh start, with all the hints and tips showing again, which was nice.

I've been playing a lot and am pretty tired of putting the picture puzzles together, but it seems like in arcade mode you can go back and select only small dots to play (that you've already unlocked) and avoid the mini games. I think you can replay levels too in classic mode, but once you've defeated the last level, it clears them all so they're all locked again.

duh duh duh duh duh. Seems the problem I had with changing the player name was that I wasn't doing right.

- Where it says New Player, type in the new name you want to add.
- Click on the check mark in the circle to the right of that to add the new name to the list below.
- Click on the name in the list to select it. All other names in the list will show x's in the circles to the right of them.
- Click Apply
