If you are having problems getting the game to work as it should, we highly recommend visiting the Big Fish Games Help pages as they are always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped past players correct various types of problems:

Doing the constellation puzzle at the "wrong" time causes the problem because of a lack of information.

I'm sorry to hear there's been trouble completing one of the puzzles in the game. It sounds like the tips from Cbarbatus may have allowed the puzzle to be completed; if so, that's great news! If there are still any progression troubles, the best first course is to try running the game as an Administrator to see if that helps get things working better. Updating video card drivers can also help, since those drivers heavily affect how games look and act. Steps for this can be found here:

I'm sorry to hear there's been trouble progressing in the game. Although I haven't done this particular puzzle, we do have a walkthrough for the game that may help out in this case. Walkthroughs can be really helpful for being a checklist of sorts so players can be sure they've collected all the items in an area before moving on.
