Highest upgrade for TV?

Does the TV upgrade to gold like the other items?

Reason I'm not sure is the cookie machine wouldn't give me that option for ages until I managed to click on it in an odd place by chance, it was as if the "hot spot" for selecting it was in the wrong place. So now I'm wondering about the TV, as up until this I presumed you couldn't upgrade the cookie machine, the phone & the TV to the highest one (TV & phone are the same colour the cookie machine was).
