Have you put the two halves of the logo into the central indentation?
If you can see the numbers, just click on them to change them.

Did you clear the dust off the crystal ball with the rag?

I found out I never had wipe the crystal ball, Again thanks!

How do you do the slider puzzle of the two gears after you use the key to open the door? I looked at the photo, but I'm still stuck.
