i am stuck on getting the safe code it looks like you need 2 sheets of paper and ive got 1 but cannot find other one tryed using hint but it just keeps recharging showing nothing is anybody else havin this trouble

I'm swimming by to offer some help.
It sounds like the tutorial might have lagged and that there was difficulty locating a second paper. If these were technical glitches, then the first thing to do to troubleshoot them is to check to see whether the computer's video card driver is up to date. Next you'll want to run the game in Administrator Mode. Both of these processes will improve the game's relationship with the computer, and the help pages below will walk you through them:

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. I'm really sorry that the trial expired before Noir Chronicles: City of Crime Collector's Edition could be played; I can absolutely help fix this.
When the trial version of a game expires before the game has ever been played then reinstalling the game will reset the timer. The help article below will walk you through this process.

I'm incredibly sorry for missing that the trial had already been uninstalled and reinstalled.
This problem may be due to interference with your firewall software. Some firewall programs will block the game download and activation process, incorrectly identifying a game’s files as harmful or incompatible when it’s not.
In order to resolve this issue, we suggest adding our Big Fish Games app to your program’s safe list. Since all firewall programs are different, this process may vary depending on your particular program’s instructions. The following help article will help walk you through checking those settings:

Cannot finish HOP to get magnet in ch. 4. Hint points to outer border on upper right.
Nothing there - Help Cannot continue in this game - Have not had any problem
in the other hidden objects - just this one -

It sounds like there's been trouble getting a magnet in a hidden object scene that appears during Chapter 4. I'm sorry to hear this and am swimming over to help.
This could be a display issue. Since the computer's video card driver controls how the computer's graphics display, let's begin by checking to see whether it's up to date. I'd also recommend running the game in Administrator Mode to increase its permissions on the computer. Both processes are outlined in the help articles below:

I definitely understand how it can be frustrating to run a game as an Administrator in order to get it to work. I've had to do that with some of my own games (both older and brand-new ones that receive regular patches), so I understand where you're coming from. Sometimes games simply work better in Administrator mode than they do without those permissions; this isn't something that's true for every system, however, so we don't have a way to tell our players in advance that it may be true for their particular computer. We definitely appreciate the feedback, however; thank you for letting your concerns be heard.
If you'd rather not run a game in Administrator mode and it doesn't seem to want to work well on your system without it, please send a message to our Technical Support Team so they can offer assistance. I am having the same problem, even when I use the hint it shows the object off the screen in the upper left and try as I might,I just cant get it. This is quite infuriating because I have found the game most enjoyable.
