If you are having problems getting the game to work as it should, we highly recommend visiting the Big Fish Games Help pages as they are always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped past players correct various types of problems:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Run Game as Administrator
If you are not able to get a game working properly using the information in our Big Fish Games Help articles, please get in touch with the Customer Support Team. It would also be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide the most appropriate support as quickly as possible.

That's definitely an odd thing to have come up. We can try some quick troubleshooting to see if that helps. I'm sure you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the games, but we can also check for updates to see if that helps. Steps for this can be found here:

Hi, it's just me or it has a glitch on level 20? It's really hard to get through this level, its freezes and even closed all the game. I tried 3 times already...

It sounds like there have been some freezing troubles while playing. Let's see if we can get things working better through troubleshooting. For freezing issues (and what sounds like some save issues as well), these can be caused by the game not having the permissions it needs to work correctly or create save files. The steps from the following articles may help out:

Another thing that can help with freezing issues is checking for video card driver updates for the system to make sure the game and system get along as well as possible. Steps for this can be found here:

Tired of game freezing on several levels so far. I am running windows 10. My computer is brand new and needs no updates. Please fix the game!!!

Hello Qismet,
I absolutely understand wanting a game that doesn't repeatedly freeze. If updating the video card driver and running the game in Administrator Mode haven't fixed the problem, then I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to replace the game for you.

I'm sorry to hear there have been some more freezing issues. In case they help, I'd like to go ahead and link to our help article that specifically deals with freezing issues in case there's something in it that we missed originally. Here's that article:

I would also like to include the help article for our Mac users, since they have different steps to follow. For Macs, the best thing to do is checking for updates or reinstalling software programs Macs rely on for games to work as well as possible. Those tips can be found here:

I have the same issue as Sherrigee, only I have 3 glues missing on level 5 of the bonus game. I tried increasing the output but it doesn't work because the game will only give you so many glues and I am 3 short every time.
