I too just completed the game and loved it, well worth the $6.99. Glad to hear others enjoyed it as well and that there was help with hints and clues as to how to use the tools. Definately will play this one again to see how much I remembered to get around in the different levels.

Has anyone gotten to the Mayan Level and had to use the Metal Finder? Is there a trick to it?

Have you checked the amount of RAM available? regular memory? When did you last clean out cookies, temp files? history files? It's worth a shot. On my old computer, when I was getting low on memory, I deleted a couple of my large BFG games because I knew I could download again if needed. And deleted all the stuff above and a bunch of other nonessential files. Then I ran my defragmentation program and gained some additional space.
...As smallhaven suggested, check the Help section to see if tasks they recommend also help. If nothing works, run and save your dxdiag file and email to Tech Support via link at bottom right.
..............................Good Luck

Yep, that's a peeve I cherish as well. Aw, ain't he cute, my little pet peeve...
Recently (I can't remember what game, maybe Bermuda Triangle?) the clue was a beer stein or maybe just stein. The object it actually wanted had a thin pour spout like a high tea type teapot or hot chocolate pot! Ive seen often where chisels/files/pallette knives/trowels are interchangeable. Uh, nooooo, they aren't. Can't think of all of them now, but yep, things misclassified is disturbingly common. I think it's likely a lot of that comes from translation issues, but still annoying.
I kinda like it when it's on purpose, like compass or nut or bat, makes it a bit more interesting, UNLESS it's a timed game and I am penalized for mis-clicks. I remember quickly canning the Pearl Harbor HO because it asked for a bottle and there were literally 5 bottles on the screen, and you got massive time off the clock for *any* mis-click. Last night I demo-ed a game at another site where pieces of an amulet could be hidden in things that could open, but they didn't tell you what those things were, so click on a box, nope, time off. You were basically forced to click wrong things, then docked for it.

I was enjoying this game too, but then I got to the part where you have to place the Knights on the stones. I can't get it to work. It is easy to figure out where they go, because of the direction of their swords. But they will not go on , Can anyone help me.

I have lots of trouble with puzzle games, normally they hurt my brain, but this one was easy. Too easy in fact.
The game didn't ever let me look around and figure things out. It would just tell me to use the saw on the tree, or whatever.
But it would be a great introduction for someone just learning how to play puzzle games.
(spoiler alert!)
It was a little violent though, I had to trip somebody with marbles.

I played Jewel Quest 2 in the tournament mode tonight for quite a while. Over 50 games. Interesting and still fun, but frustrating. I could complete the puzzle and do the bonus for awhile and still not get enough points to win even if the other person didn't finish the puzzle. Maybe the trick is to do the puzzle longer and get more points from multiples. not sure. Oh well. Are we playing with real people or virtual people, anyone know?

I have the same problem, I can't see any cards. All I see is the red table but when I click in it at the right spot, I see the red lines around the card. My demo time is almost done, but I think, I won't purchase this as it is.
Here is proof:

I would love to go back to the more simperler times like in the 50's or during the time when I was growing up in the 60's and 70's. These were times when you could let your kids wander all over town, ride bikes where they wanted to, and let your kids play outside without having stay out there with them. You could just check on them once in a while. But now a days you have to be so carefull.
I remember my parents letting us kids ride our bikes all over town going to the store or the post office for my mom since she did not drive, going to the pool and going to our grandparents.

Lumbers slowly into position in front of secret cave opening ... completely blocking it. Oh, yum... a nice bed of green ... something. Guess I'll hang out a while. Lifts head slightly ... hummm, ok that's good. Can just get my head above water for air. Yep, nice big bed of greens to munch on, nice fresh air ... guess I'm set for the day.
