cannot get game to play downloaded twice and each time its a black screen and wont let me close it either as game wont respond can anyone help, there are a few of us with same problem

problem not resolved yet, i am waiting to see if someone on the forums has the solution, but my new csi new york game has arrived thru the post for the pc so shall get stuck into that since i am snowed in and means cant take my boy to nursery this afternoon lol

i have attempted to download this game and twice and all i get is a black screen taking up 3/4 of the monitor and nothing happens. have to go into task manager to close it down as it doesn't respond at all, can anyone advise? thanks sue

finished at last!!!! boy was that hard, gonna wait a few days before i try it again without skipping mini games, best game i have played in ages, roll on the next one

can anyone help me figure out the door. it is in the cottage and has skulls on the levers but nothing happens when i click on them, only they move back and forth and thats it......................................

i have used the pin and opened the trap door and got the film reel of victor where it tells me to see him again but i cant find the way out, record isd playing and the only thing is the books but dont know what do there

I am stuck in the attic and have to go and see victor again but cant get out, keep going round in circles and cant find the way to his room, only thing sparkling is the books but think i need to see victor before i can solve that puzzle... someone help me please asap thanks suze x the only thing i have is a damp cloth and cant see how that will help me

when you have the box right in front of you look at the wall behind towards the left and you will see a crack use the riding crop to pull out a rock and then the hammer to break it to get the jewel which then glues onto the box. happy hunting x

i have managed to do everything but have a corner of the checked hanky to get, its on the pillar but i cant pick it up and wont let me do anything with the amulet til i have completed all scenes....................someone help...........already had problems with this game when it stuck on the mosaic and had to start all over again as a different player and now this has happened.........not a happy jellyfish

i fancy this game too as have played all the csi games, but if folks are getting problems then think i will wait to get the all clear from other fish, as( for tech support i am still waiting (4 days) for a response to treasure on mystery island crashing at the mosaic (heavy sigh)

the best thing is to get the walkthrough and that shows you on the maze exactly where the cheese goes, but you have to place them quick or the mouse goes back to the beginning

hi i too am having problems at this bit, everytime i put the cursor over the the mosaic to try and solve it my game crashes and freezes everything, dont really want to uninstall any suggestions from fellow fishes out there please ..............suze

panic over, i managed to find a site with a walkthrough, know its kinda cheating but was at my wits end and i guarantee others will want it, so just give me a holler and i'll see what i can do xx

hi all, well my problem with this game is that when i try to skip the mini game where you put the balls in the right space according to pattern, as soon as i try and skip my game freezes and have to switch my laptop off manually cos cant do anything, this is gonna be the 2nd time i am having to uninstall just to get past this bit, vvv annoying especially since i have bought it. Hope BF gets the new HO game mushroom age, played the demo and its great
