FRUSTRATED???? I'm at Mephis need to find out guards name. Got the grappling hook from bird and the rope, but can't get any further. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Please Help, I'm at Mephis got the grappling hook from the bird on the wall, and the rope, but can't go anywhere, The guard won't let me in and can't fins his name or how to get over the wall.
