....that the character of Mr Matthew in this game is Nathan Drake, from the PS3 game 'Uncharted: Drake's Fortune' and the upcoming 'Uncharted 2: Amongst Thieves'?

(I only noticed because I totally <3 him, and Uncharted is my favourite game)

Surely this is some kind of copyright issue?
