i cannot see the top of anything on the screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and have the same issue. Can anyone help me.

i am having a serious issue with loading the game. I only shows on half my screen. i can't see the top of anything. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that didn't work. can anyone help.
