I am using a Windows 10 Dell computer (laptop) When I try to play this game it is very draggy and slow when moving the cursor (I use a mouse). My computer has plenty of memory. Is there anything that can fix the way it delays/drags?

I have played this game 3 times and everytime get stuck right before the bank. When do you see the train car of ghosts-after which scene? I talked to Hewitt about Budapest, I keep talking to the ghosts...I don't know where I am going wrong. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
