I have tried all suggestions and both games are still stuck on level 40, so now where do I go I am on windows 7 and all my games are good on this, this is as simple game, and it wont work.

I am trying this one, but hope they fix the other one I bought that one but clitch on level 40

you never get stuck, played it 3 times now, but to get those shiny boxes to activate you have to get 3 on top of those then they shine a few and you have to move them to the ones who are blocked with "ice" a little tricky to activate them and some others are not easy but keep trying and it will work.

100 levels when that is done and you want to play again it will jump to some level 22 or what ever but not to one you have to make an other profile

I had a problem a few years ago with a game, no trouble sending them a screenshot, and yes I got a credit or refund, now you can not find the place to request one. so where do I go , this whole setup has changed.

tired of all those messages what dont do any thing , obviously it is the game, there are more who have the same issue. I do not know how to get files from a game this is stupid, fix the game or a refund I am done with this. sure wont be able to fix it from a file, really.

two profiles one said 14 emeralds the other is 85 both are on level 40 what wont go until I get all the emeralds. I suppose something wrong with the adding, please fix, or a refund I do have all the emrald sand the stars, obviously a error in math.
