I cannot access any of the other options like shop or garden! im on level 15..and when i click shop in the main menu, nothing happens :-/

Game freezes after the first plane trip to Brazil...how do i fix it? I really like the game

I actually found the extra hunt enjoyable, just clear everything but the last item off your list and give the items to the toys. by the time i hit chapter 5 i had 15 hints, over 35 spin wheels and over 40 whistles. if there wasnt a 10 second limit on finding an item it wouldnt be a challenge.

well, i uninstalled the game. After becoming frustrated i went to the main menu and exited. I decided to try again later to discover my WHOLE progress wasnt even SAVED! My user profile wasnt even there! Never playing this game AGAIN! I did stay optimistic even though most of the shapes were so tiny, because the game was pretty. But after looking for a non-existent triangle, and having to start over?? I give this:

well, now im stuck again. the inverted triangle in the stone circle is giving me a run for my money. ive clicked like mad where everyone says it should be (im on easy mode), and i have yet to find it i found all the others with no problem!

Im stuck on the flower puzzle for the GlitterMoss fairy :-/ I have 2 roses left to bloom and If i move any, i lose roses..sometimes up to 4! Im getting frustrated, have been on this for about 20 minutes now.
