I can't pick up the staple with the staple extractor and I can't move on without doing so.
Please don't tell me to restart / reinstall the game as I have been on it for hours! I am playing on the kindle fire HD. If it is a glitch can we get a refund? This is the third game this has happened in, so frustrating! |

I am having exactly the same problem, in fact both my children have tried also.
I am also playing on the kindle fire HD. If it is a glitch can we get a refund? This is the third game this has happened in, so frustrating! |

First time poster, Hi all
Hi to all Mac users. 
I know people are having difficulty with entering the three numbers into the box in the 'magicians flower room'. Sorry don't know what it is called. 
I tried entering the three numbers given loads of times to no avail. I the tried entering the three numbers prior to mine and Hey Presto, it worked! 
Eg: Mine were 463 so I entered 352. The numbers are different every time you play it so I haven't given anything away 
My game also crashed on this level. Hope this Helps.  A loving cat can mend a broken heart
