Dito for me and although this game was recommanded to
me by 2 friends, I'm really sorry to have purchased it, as it took
already ages for me (slow PC I guess) to download it.

In some scenes my curser VERY VERY SLOWLY jumps where
it wants to go, NOT listening to where I want it to go and then I
can't get out of the scene and no way at all to escape; am
forced to cut the electricity towards my PC and restart opening
my PC.

Doesn't seem quiet normal ???

Hi,

This is now the new price we foreign members (not living in the US) have to pay:
for a CE it was $ 13.99 though now $ 17.99
DD games at $ 2.99 >>> we will have to pay now $ 3.99
Games at $ 6.99 for us now $ 9.99.

Is supposed to be included VAT and some extra on top for BFG.
You should find the special thread(s) concerning this matter; many, many are objecting, as we could not find we were told before.

Seems our monthly membership got up too

I tried the Sherlock Holmes trial when it was offered and didn't like how the game moved, but I do like the Nancy Drew games (that someone compared this to). Hopefully, there will be more suggestions throughout the day.

You can adjust the camera rotation to slow and it's not bad at all.

Hi prpldva,
I've the same problem with this 360° game; it makes me dizzy,
nervous too and gives headache on top.
If I should have known I wouldn't have pruchased it, not even at
this DD's price; I was really looking forward to learn more about
Da Vinci.
I did read your kind advise 'to slow down the camera rotation',
like is said in the walktrough too, but as I'm such a PC dummy
WHERE/HOW please can I do so.
I hope I won't need to delete this game and forget about it;
a pity I cann't offer it to somebody who might like it;
not having my problems.
Thank you in advance for your help.

ETA:
I just found it myself at game-start; hope I will now better like
this 360° thing, although not really sure.

WELCOME SINCLAIR77

It would help if you could mention the full name of the game
you want help with, as BFG has hundreds and hundreds of games.

You also can go to " All Game Forums" here on top of page, find
the name of the game and maybe you'll find the answer there already.

Otherwise look ,normally mentioned on top of that startpage,
if there's a "walkthrough" under the game's name, there is all about
that game....

GOOD LUCK and HAPPY GAMING

I played a few scenes from the trial and then deleted game after
about 10 - 15 minutes.
Sorry for the developers; I see this game more for children to play.

For me defenitely one of the BEST games, if not THE best sofar
I've ever played.

To be recommanded highly; very nice graphics;
a lot to surch for, all the time different and
lenght for me was fine, but game is so good that you're
sad when it's over.

Hope that more of the kind will follow.

I'll play it again soon !!

Dito problem for me.

I contacted CS and they told me the developers are working on it; when o.k. it will be told in the game forum.

Love the game very much as well and would be sad when not able to finish it completely.

Hi Tigris,
so kind to answer immediatly, but......... when I do that (tried several times) I get a message that it doesn't go there....?

Well guess it stops there for me this game, as I'm not able (tried too) to go to another place on the map, as the 3 I've finished sofar have their red flags.

Will try to read further on in this Forum with older threads; maybe luck there.

Have nice Easter days.

When I want to stop game, I cann't find NOWHERE to click 'Menu'
in order to leave (and SAVE level). Can ONLY leave in clicking on
Ctrl-Esc to close, thought could start again, but then have to resart
game from very beginning each time .
Noticed then in bottom bar the name of this game is still mentioned;
which will NOT go away when clicking on it; need to close completely
PC and re-open again.
I even deleted game and got it again downloaded and thought to be able
to continue game where it had disappeard..........NO WAY: had to
restart game each time all over again from the very beginning.
Did somebody else had same problem ??
I know I can address myself to CS, but maybe one of you can tell
me how to solve this problem, as I've never had this previously,
before I'll trouble the CS-team.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Maybe an answer per PM ?? (thanks, thanks)

Many thanks already

I just succeeded (finally, as that was giving problems too) to delete this
game and will now try to re-install it and see what it will give then.

If again problems then I'll follow up your advises about Dave Gilbert
and/or CS

Have a nice weekend with .

Sorry, but not my cup of tea and deleted the Demo

The beginning is for me too long in 'not knowing what you'll have
to do'; what the 'goal' is.

I'm sorry about it, as the intro looked promising.

BFG and Margie B.

Many thanks for the nice and clear walkthrough.

Used it sofar for :
1) to get out of jail
2) how to get the ladder
3) and proberly what to do with the hair (as Highlandmax gave
solutation about shelf and microscope).

(I don't understand that so many (new) fishies ask questions
about their play-problems with game in general, whilst their are so
clear and good walkthroughs ?)

HighlandMax wrote:Click the shell on the flask of blue water, the water will turn pink, then click the pipette on the pink water. Click the glass slide on the microscope, then click the pipette on the slide.

Thanks Max; this helps.

I love the game and am sorry several players find it boring and regret having purchased it; well I don't and surely will replay it.

OMG are those who finished this game already, often in a
few hours only, good !
Congratulations!

I think that I personally must be such a DUMMY (but I didn't go
to the Walkthrough) that I already got stuck somewhere in the
beginning of the 6.99 version.

Won't go into my problems with the 6.99 version, as others already
did.

But like somebody else already mentioned more or less, I suggest
that BFG could/SHOULD (a.s.a.p. please) adjust at the beginning
of their Walkthrough for the CE and simpeler version of this game
in red just a few words which parts are ONLY for the CE version (or which parts are NOT for the 6.99 version).
As I think it would cost too much (time + money) to write a separate
Walkthrough for the 6.99 version as well.

HOPE BFG WILL READ THIS TOO; they are such a great team and
surely they will do all within their power to solve this problem and to
help and satisfy their customers.

I personally will stop playing this game for the time being for not
having any further frustrations (which indeed is a pity) and wait till
one of the Mods will post to let us know that things have been solved.
