Please disregard this. I went back to the game and was able to talk to Samuel and got the key. Sorry about that.

I have the CE and got stuck and had to consult the Strategy Guide. It said I would get the hotel key from Samuel. I never got any key and I'm further along in the game now and can't proceed. I went back to the old tree and clicked on Samuel and it said I had nothing to say to him (or vice versa, not sure). So now I can't go any further. Anybody else have this problem?
