They gave me the option of a picking a new game if I didn't want to wait for the update. Last time I buy Island Tribe games

I purchased this game on my mac and on Level 15 there is no pickaxe. You can't move forward and after seeing update from BF and doing what they say to check for updates in BF game console it reads "No Updates" Im very frustrated with this game and am waiting for them to fix it or I want money back.

When I looked for update for to fix pickaxe glitch in my game console the download said no further updates. However, I still don't have the pickaxe for level 15.

How do you get 3 stars in "expert mode" I come up just a few seconds short. Can it be done?
