Why do we get only rotten games lately ? I was expecting a lot from BTG and it's another disappointment.

Poor, approximate, graphics, story is OK but what ? Gave the demo all it's chances and went right to the end, was glad when it was over...

Despite all the sales I won't spend my money on stupid games.

Thanks to you all for that, same thing happened to me, all the pieces showed as found, going to use an hint then....
Didn't review this game, not reviewing any more, but I wanted to post a huge

for the quality of the graphics, the good mini games and reviving this serie which was starting to go a bit round and round... New spirit, excellent game.

Only snag, the black bars at the top and bottom, impossible to remove them.

Didn't review this game, glad I bought it in a sale as I think this is the worst CE I've ever played.

This game doesn't deserve to be a CE, graphics are approximate, story is ridiculous, and sugary, bound to be for a Hansel and Gretel !!. Play is easy and childish. This game doesn't even deserve to be a DD.

Collectables do not make a CE and these cup cakes soon made me sick...

Worst game I ever bought here
I didn't review this game and bought it in a sale, only played it today.

I would like to thank the devs for this beautiful game. It's most certainly different from the CEs we're used to, no collectables no morphing objects, etc....

But STILL, this game is what I would call a real CE, with a real bonus play.

Add to that such amazingly beautiful graphics, so detailed and so many creative mini games, this game is a keeper.

Played the whole demo, casual

- 3 modes, casual, advanced, expert

- Integrated SG which shows 9 chapters

- Voice overs

- 30 collectibles (steambugs)

- Achievements (H0 with no hints, mini games with no skip, reading dialogues, etc...)

- A lot of dialogues

- Notebook in which you find your objectives too

- Interactive map which shows areas of interest

- Shortly after playing you get Matthew, mechanical crow, a great help for out of reach objects

- H0, you interact in more than one way. Some are FROG, some are silhouettes, some are regular ones

- Mini games, not over difficult up till what I've played. Some new and rather cute.

- Hint is useful outside H0

- Skip button

- Good graphics

- Good music

Some strange earthquakes occur. You meet Pr Ink in a small village, ruled by the iron hand of a major. Ink is kidnapped, up to you to rescue him... This looks like a nice game, not over thrilled about it, but good. Will most probably wait for the SE.

Played 20 minutes and it's been a pain....

- No mode to choose

- No voice overs

- A lot of dialogues

- A lot of H0, extremely dark for most of them, you can hardly spot the rather big items. Supposed to be interactive, but I couldn't sort out how they were !

- Hint doesn't indicate you where the item is in H0s, it gets rid of it instantly , outside H0s just tells you there's nothing to do here

- Came across two mini games in a jungle of H0s

You end up in a lonely farm, your boyfriend has disappeared, you meet a lot of chatty ghosts and have to beware of alive scarecrows..... It's been a pain to play these 20 minutes (hand held all the time) but I wanted to give the game a fair chance. When I entered the girl's room and saw dolls all over the place, then the boys room with a computer in good place, this became too much for me and I exited as fast as I could.

Played the whole demo !! (very seldom for me), casual

- 2 modes, casual, expert

- Integrated SG which shows 14 chapters and 4 in the extra play !! Only pictures in the SG, which I don't fancy too much....

- Voice overs

- Notebook

- Shortly after starting the game you get an interactive map that goes in your notebook

- You get back, after a little while, the voodoo doll hint , no voice over for it, rather a shame

- You get a doll house, as in the other game, you add figurines in and get to know more about the hero's story

- H0, regular interactive ones, or you have to drag objects to find an item, or you have to find 12 of the same items...not too easy for these, items are small and background is dark

- Good, not over difficult mini games

- Hint refills quickly and is useful outside H0 (takes 2 minutes in expert mode)

- Skip button fills quickly too (casual)

- Good graphics

You're looking, with your daughter, for your disappeared husband. You end up in a creepy motel, your DH runs away with your DD and you then travel in a creepy world, full of scary puppets and clowns. Lots of actions to perform, a good game, a little too dark color wise but may be it can be adjusted, didn't check. A buy for me, especially with the sale

Played 40 minutes, casual

- 3 modes, casual, advanced, hardcore

- Integrated SG which only shows 3 chapters

- Voice overs

- Extras : Music, mini games, concept art, wall papers, videos

- Note book where you can view the cuts scenes you've been through

- Interactive map, you can choose not to have the areas of interest shown, whatever mode you're playing

- 22 achievements

- Throughout the game you have to find :
. 19 sea creatures
. 35 turtles
. 44 shells

- On the menu page you access your "Sea World" which contains :
. Sea creatures album
. Aquarium for your fishes
. Dolphin pool

- Interactive H0, in some you have to find silhouettes, items found help you to find the next one. Quite fun.

- Good mini games, some new

- Very good graphics

- Good music, a bit loud.

You wake up, stranded on a beach, you've lost your memory. It slowly comes back to you and you have to rescue your girl friend from the claws of your so said "friend" who kidnapped her right in front of your eyes !!!
Even is the story is nothing very new, this looks like a very nice game, with lots of actions to perform, a lot of mini games which nicely balance the H0. A buy for me, especially with the sale on !

Thank you Biwa

I entered a new profile, had to replay the whole part already played , but it worked. The only thing -I checked again- is that if I pick up the other item before the piece of glass, it's again impossible to get it !!!!

So there must be a problem with the game !!!

I've reached the stage in the game when you need to pick up TWO items in the grandfather clock, I could pick up one but not the other (piece of glass), just impossible. The hint keeps circling the clock so that I pick it up but it won't work.
I've unloaded the game and downloaded again, didn't make any difference.

This drives me mad !! Any kind of help would be highly appreciated as it's so frustrating. I've read back the thread, seems I'm the only one to experience that

This looks like a good game, lots of actions to perform, a buy for me.

Still, this recurrent theme of the evil witch tends to get a bit tiring....

Your fiancee is kidnapped on the day of the dead !! Up to you to save her and deal with the deads' world ... and if possible remain alive. This game is quite different from what I've played up to now, quite a bit of (sometimes) dark humor, a bit on the crazy side, I had fun during what I played of the demo. A buy for me.

Played 20 minutes, easy, and had to exit before I turned blind due to the darkness of the game and the recurrent flashes of lightening !

- 2 modes, easy, difficult

- No voice overs

- A lot of written dialogue between the characters

- Note book

- H0, you interact but the names of objects in the list don't have a different color. Extremely dark, killing your eyes, never used that many hints in a single H0, you just can't see things

- Mini game, only came across one, not over difficult

- Graphics might be good if you could see them

This game nearly ruined my eyesight so this disappearing painter and the haunted house can remain where they are but definitely not in my GM....

No way to adjust the darkness in the options.....

I played the beta of this game a while ago and wasn't too keen, had this feeling of "deja vu". Replayed it today and I'm happy I did as I enjoyed the game. May be because we didn't get over good ones these past days You arrive in a prosperous mining town, there's been a volcano eruption, Dark Dimensions have taken over, why ?? Which secret holds this town ? Up to you to find out... Of course you get this ghostly figure right in front of your car in the beginning and of course you crash in the landscape, fortunately it's near your goal
This game is a buy for me.
