I am stuck in the Luggage Cart in Chapter 5, trying to find the Claw with no hints left. Can anyone help me find the claw? Thanks

I have gotten all the way thru the suspects and only have the medicine bottle in Ezra left. I have the dropper, pull some from the bottle and try to put on test paper. Nothing happens. Cannot pull water into dropper. Cannot finish game ~ Arghh
