Having problems running the game. Downloaded and got access violation error message. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Got a little further (faded Big Fish logo and arrow cursor). Killed it. Tried again. Hung up on screen after choosing Play button. Running Windows 7. Checked task manager and it was using up huge memory.

saw the other message, but thought maybe someone else had found a solution. Tried deinstalling and reinstalling. No avail.

I'm getting the same messages as Zimberg. I got the message in Hawaii, but could get past it. But I can't get out of the Congo now. It just restarts and doesn't save anything.
