I just looked at the process, and after you type in all your info, click 'Check for answers'. At the bottom of the page that opens, below the list of articles they suggest you check, is a button 'Submit My Question'.

If the articles don't help you, just click that button, and your question will go to BFG.

BTW, you probably already checked this, but here is an article on problems with downloading and activating games. https://bigfishgames.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/536

I hope you can get it working.

Besides the ones in chests, Shoal Leiu, Tyobi, and Acropolis each have one for sale.

You don't lose your progress. I updated this morning and continued the game where I left off yesterday.

Have the guide and the game open, then ALT-Tab to switch back and forth. That way, you don't have to close down the game to look at the guide. You can also just click on the game screen to return to it from the guide.

Alternatively, you can play the game in a window rather than full-screen. That way you can have the game and the guide side-by-side.

Shorty10,

There are annotated maps posted at the Amaranthia website, including a map of Red Rock Pass with the path through it marked.

However, Red Rock pass leads to the Stormbend and Witchwood areas. Harburg is reached through THial Mountains, Thial Mtn Cave System, and Shadow Woods north.

AV3.4: The Dark Prophecy:
Tentative (very tentative) - the game may be ready for release around Christmas. However, Gypsy's Tale is taking longer than anticipated to get ready for testing, so that date will likely be extended.

Plans are to have 3 more chapters in the series ... TDP is definite, the next almost assured, and the third likely.

After the series is over, Amanda will likely go on with the Aveyond games, but that, of course, could change in the future.

If your game is downloading but not activating in the game manager, that is almost certainly a BFG technical problem, not a game one. I'd advise you contact BFG's customer support (green envelope in right sidebar). BFG's customer support is wonderful!

A timer is set when you choose to help Ines. If you don't turn Gwenalle in within 4 hours of game time after that, Gwenalle dies. There are a lot of variations to a number of the sidequests in TLO, all outlined in the Strategy Guide.

Current plans are to never have those treasure chests available for opening. They are in TLO for the fun of watching the comments as you repeatedly try to open them.

It is south of Tyobi. Take the western exit in the Wyrmbone Desert.

There is a Maps, Guides, etc, topic stickied at the top of the TLO forum there. It contains links to all the maps.

You need candy from Madhuri in Shoal Leiu. She will give it to you partway through the Remove Damodar's Curse sidequest.

If you didn't get thrown in jail and help free Rat during the Peliad baby trade quest, you can't get the real Golden Frog or the Hercules Bust.

Actually, the reason it was changed was that Mel couldn't fight large groups of monsters alone. A lot of people were having Mel die as she traveled back to Peliad.

In some Aveyond games, you can continue after the last battle, and they were fine that way since the entire party was still together. But TLO needed to be changed.

The 'fertilizer' is Bat Guano from the Root System (through the Great Tree in Blueleaf Forest), and looks like potatoes lying on the ground.

The sewer monsters will be a piece of cake for you if you upgrade all of Mel's equipment with items from the black-market merchant thief. You will likely need to return to Bristle Woods to fight and gain enough gold to purchase everything. Buying the dagger as soon as you can will make fighting in Bristle Woods a lot easier.

Once you are able to explore further into the sewers, you will find that you need another person to help you, and be able to go get her.

There are annotated maps (every map in the game as well as the World map) posted at the amaranthia website, with many paths marked, and all chests, bags, dirt piles, important people (and non-humans) indicated.

There is also a rather extensive FAQ there.

That happens because you took advantage of a bug which let you go to Acropolis via the MME, even though you hadn't been there to flip the switch yet. You were not supposed to get there without Spook.

You can still finish the game, but it will seem very weird in places because you did this.
