Could it be that 'trashing' the game is not enough to delete all the game data files?

I can't unlock the full version of the game.

I have already purchased it and have the keycode. But it gives me an 'Invalid License' error when I try to unlock.

Yup, I purchased from Big Fish.. I received an email for the transaction together with the license keycode. I've contacted Customer Support but it's the weekend and they might not be working? Just trying my luck to see if anyone can help coz it's irritating not to be able to play the game even after buying it.
