Hi Folks,
We’re sorry to hear of the problems you are having downloading and playing the game.

We share your frustration and are looking into the issues which have been raised and doing our best to fix them.

From the Development team.

All comments here are spot on. As D says, even if you perfect every scene and puzzle you don’t have enough coins to buy the last couple of presents. As H says, you can revisit scenes to get enough points to buy them all up. But, as R rightly says, this should not be the case. Folks, this was not in the design and has been the result of us accidentally inserting a file with the wrong prices for the presents and this was not picked up in our QA process, sorry!

Thanks for all your input and understanding and we sincerely hope it will not lessen your enjoyment of the overall game!

Happy Holidays to all, Casual Arts.

There are 4 pieces of trash in the Acapulco scene. One is a Plastic Bottle in the zoomed up area. One is a Brown Bottle on the cliff face. One is a Crushed Can on the cliff face. The 4th is a Plastic Bottle which is at the bottom left of the screen next to the grey haired man’s left shoulder and which can only be seen on widescreen monitors. Although you cannot see it on 4:3 monitors, you CAN collect it. If you click just to the left of the man’s shoulder you should be able to get it, perfect the level and get your Gold Star.
An oops, sorry moment from us, the developer ... Thank You for your understanding and happy gaming!

yeah the bridge puzzle is pretty hard but I did complete it. Are you sure you haven't just lost a piece of sky on top of the jigsaw, it's pretty hard to see the pieces sometimes.

Which trash items have you found?
Try using the super hint button it should highlight all the trash items.

This is the handheld animal spotting game, the frog is well hidden halfway up the screen between the two tree trucks on the left.

There is a very small one of the 3 kings on a Christmas Card on the wall which is likely the one you missed.

Just bring up the pop-up for each location on the map and it should tell you how many you have collect out of how many there are, eg 3 of 5.

There are a pair of scissors next to the fence, a shell behind the backpack, a chess piece in front of the tree, a watch next to the chess piece and a butterfly brooch to the right of the tree on the cliffs.

It's in the centre of of the rock pile. Hard to see as it blends into the rocks.

Last one is a plastic bottle in the white boat at the front right of the scene. It's just visible peeking out from behind the HINT button. Bit of a tricky one.

The birdseed was a bug in the initial BF release. There is an update now that fixes this bug.

The ladder rung you are missing is probably the none in the games room through the door at the back of the drawing room.
