The first time I played this game I got so frustrated trying to win that I finally had to put it away and give up and it hung over me in a dark cloud- seriously I could not even think about it without a bad feeling coming over me. I just could not get through those last levels, especially the ones with a veritable sea of double chained resources.

The one day a coupe of weeks ago I installed it on my new laptop and started again from the beginning.Hope springs eternal! All of a sudden I realized something I had not understood before- the way to win the levels with the huge number of double chained symbols. Those levels had been the source of a loss of many lives and the ones at the end were impossible to win. 'I have to admit I was not that good at figuring out how best to use the power ups, relying mainly on the dynamite, magic wand, and lightning bolt. t suddenly occurred to me that the clover power up, which changes all of one kind of resource to another at level IV would totally work to beat this! I changed all of the white bricks to all treasure chests and suddenly all my double chained resources were easily removed in big swoops. I was so thrilled!

I learned to make sure I had the clover at level IV as often as I could and to save it for the ones with large numbers of the double chained resources. Even if I lost a few lives on a level, once the clover appeared I would spend a life amassing clover to level IV and then voila- the level was won,

I also learned to use the shield across a span of double chains when there are not enough to waste the clover, or when there are three types of resource double chained rather than two.

Another tip is that the mix up power up which I though would just scramble the tiles, instead actually creates more in rows that can be removed, so is also a powerful tool.

With savvy playing and use of powerups I can usually arrive at the last levels with all property purchased with 30-33 live, and in using them judicially you can win this game. The first time I won I had 8 lives left, the second time I won I had 16 lives left, and the third time I still had 28 lives!

I hope this will help you all!

One of the things that caused me to buy this was that it is fun and challenging without being impossible. I really hate it when I buy a TM game only to be unable to play almost right after buying it due to being unable to finish a level. When it happens early in a game it is a major bummer. I felt that I would be able to finish this game and be challenged without losing heart.

UNTIL I got to level 48! ACKKKK!!!!!!!! I just can;t do it, no matter what I do. I have played it so much I am starting to know what is coming up but have never come cloer than 10000 points away from the passing level. Sigh. I really want some tips!!!!

That said, I would still buy it !

I cannot get past this no matter what I do. I swear I have as many chains as it is possible to have! This is driving me crazy as I passed the others, if not easily, t least without trouble. I cannot imagine scoring 47500- the most I have gotten is 40000 and that was once, very difficult and I am not too sure what I did to do it. No way could I get 7500 more!

I need to know if there are some things that are chains that I am not aware of. I know washing the sheep and cows and brining fertilizer to the garden is all part of the same- i.e. trips to the shed. I need to know- is hay part of the feed chain or not? Is weeding part of any chain?

When you click the electric fence or the crows, does it interrupt your chain or not?

Collecting eggs, milk, etc. does not seem to be a chain as they all seem to gain the same.

I have played this over and over to no avail. HELP!!!!!!

Sorry didn't check back right away! That drove me crazy too- you do indeed do the pattern as on the column- just do it quickly- if you pause too long it wont work. DO them in that order, quickly and then everything will kind of quiver- that should work for you!

I really am loving this game but it is going too fast- I feel like I need to stop playing and wait or it will be over too fast!

Can anyone tell me of other games with this style of play- i.e. piecing together objects that are used to find other things, etc. on an adventure. I find it challenging, fun, and more importantly- do-able. I seem to have games, mostly time management, where you reach a point that is just not complete -able and that's it- game over.

This one has kept me engaged and enthralled- great graphocs, and challenging puzzles, just love it.

I should have asked here- instead I started my own thread. I just got this game for Mac- YAY! I can tell it will be wonderful but cannot yet rotate things like croissants as my laptop does not right click. What can I do?

I have a powerbook and I am loving this game but need to know how to rotate the objects you are putting on the stove as I have no right click.

And now I find myself compelled to do it again with your guide even though I got gold already!

I had finally managed to do this, after finding that the Walkthrough that was posted did not work for me- if only I had seen this!

I had found the Walkthrough for I so good I am surprised the new one does not work so well- for example, it doesn t even mention upgrading the warehouse for 2.6 but I really do not think that would be possible- I didn;t gold it until I used the warehouse.

You rock! You rock a 17 gold rock! Keep posting 'em ; - P

I badly need a walkthrough for this! I also need to be able to skip those awful whack a hornet etc. levels- I did get through the hornets thanks to the tips above from other kind gamers but this typ eof action is hard for my fibromyalgia hands and it will ruin this game.

Meanwhile I am stuck on 1.10 and can't even finish at all much less get gold level.

I did it!

In fact, I did it twice- because I didn't follow my own advice! Yep, the cutlery was behind the bride and groom for a photo at the end and I could not get it- so I had to go in and do it again.

Not expert, mind you. But who cares!

My only tips would be to go for the flirt couples as much as you can, ignoring which table and which person much of the time. For example, I put Seth at the lemon table at the beginning knowing Chloe and her daughter will arrive so she can flirt with him. Only Norbert doesn't get to flirt at least once.In addition, since seating does not interrupt a chain I will seat, for example, Janet between two Derrecks who are about to dance, and then get those flirt bonuses before removing them to dance and putting two fresh Derrecks in their places. That is especially viable with Kyle and Maricruz as well. I am able to get flirt bonuses twice for each person with new people and old.In addition always keep two seats together for the bride and groom and watch them - as soon as they eat their course, put them back at the arch, and they will want to be seated again-ignore where unless it work - just make sure they sit together. I pounce and move them as soon as their flirt bonus appears (once they have eaten), I probably seated the bride and groom together ten times,I also always feed at least ten people the same course.

I will eventually go back and try to make all my silver medals into gold, because I didn't even know about chain feeding bonuses until yesterday! For now though- I am finished, all the way through the wedding.

And my newest tip- PAUSE. Pause and check out a group of waiting people and you can plan your seating strategy. Whereas any games will go dark when you pause, this oje doesn't.

On one of the levels I had tried over and over and finally had one of those times when everything flowed, perfectly and lo and behold I was at expert level Suddenly I remembered that I had not clciked on the three whatevers that I needed to locate- but no sweat- I knew where they were thanks to all my tries. However- I had a major problem as the bride and groom were standing in front of one of the objects and nothing I did worked to get it. To my horror I had to end my attempt with expert level knowing I still had to do it AGAIN since I had not gotten the three items.

Beware! he bride and groom can't be moved once they no longer have requests so anything you need from their areas you should grab while you can.

OK back to 5.10- which I firmly believe CANNOT be won ; - )

Yes, I actually made it all the way here! I did not do expert in all but made it through and have all the gitfts up to now. I have gotten to within 950 points but it is so hard I do not know what I am missing. It mentions a secret coule and I am thinking that would help since maybe that would add flirt bonuses...anyone out there who can help?

RRoselynn wrote:Lol. I finally got through this level then forgot to collect all the roses. (sigh)

LOL! We almost did that- you can see from when I posted how late it was when we got through it- we were fried....and determined. I think if we had not done the roses we both would have been in total despair- the kind you get at 4 in the morning - ; - ))

It also helped to remember to put the b&g back in the arch immediately when they are done eating or you have collected their flirt so that they have another request. Their flirts helped put us over the top. That plus the luck of getting plenty of photo requests, a dog loose or two, and other things needing Quinns attention. Also be SURE to click the empty tray each time as Quinn will replenish the food immediately and you will be able to serve 8 of a kind appetizers, for example, without anyone getting unhappy. I also never had Flo carry two kinds of food in case of accidentally feeding Norbert the wrong kind and braking the chain.

I freaking did it!!!!!!!!!

I went to the [removed by moderator] walkthrough , wondering why it could be of help as mentioned here. I had already read it and it just said all the obvious- I read it again and realized that the chaining mentioned meant giving everyone seated their appetizers before giving them their main course, etc. In addition, put everyone you can on the dance floor at once. Though flirting adds some, and in fact putting the b&g together is always a good idea despite their requests, the most important thing was to give out 8 or 10 appetizers in a row, and having having quinn replenish them for you- click on the empty tray and she replenishes it far faster than the cook will. You get into a rhythm of 3 appetizers, click, 3 ap, click 2 ap- return ap tray to be filled, then give out all main courses, all the cake, all to dance floor Move the bride and groom around having them together if you can no matter what they want. When they have a balloon above their heads it is permission to move them and putting them together gives them 400 points. Also seat people in empty seats even if it is not their preference because having them part of a food chain makes up for it and they wont lose points for waiting. I will indeed honor requests as I can, and many do flow but the last few need to plugged in wherever you can.

Oh hooray!!!! It can be done.

katiepops wrote:What is funny is before this level I was getting way over expert level on everyone of them. Never had to retry at all. Like if the Expert was 11000 I was getting 13000 then 5.1 came and EEEEKKK!! I am thinking something is wrong with this level, even if some people did get through it finally.

I agree. I am writing to them.

Kittycake wrote:OMG I have played this level at least 50 times and I still can't beat it! I am seating the bride and groom together (only getting 200 flirt bonus points not 400 as stated above) and getting every POSSIBLE flirt bonus!

According to the tips above:

Seth (black haired red jacket) flirts with Chloe (blond mom with kid) - I never get a Chole but I get two Seths

Bernie (bookworm bald guy) flirts with Rosie (lady with dog) - I never get a Bernie but I get several Rosies

No-one flirts with the forgetful grandpa Norbert or with the diva Mei Ling?

What am I doing wrong?

I was thinking maybe PC got Chloe and Bernie ; - ) Guess not!

I know what you meant above- put two who need to be together and then also seat a flirter next to them, plus wait to put people on the dance floor until yo put their flirt next to them- I have tried everything.

I normally do not leave a game like this- I am pretty good at these too. This one just stymies me.

I was excited when this cme because I first downloaded Wedding Dash 3 and I would have my son do it and just enjoy watching him- didn;t think I had the agility for time management. One night I tried it and got hooked and got good! I know they are challenging, and for a few had to play a few times to get gold or even to pass- but this isn't fun anymore.

I am not getting a Bernie either. And nope, no one flirts with poor Norbert or Mei Ling. Maybe they should get together? HAHAHAHA
I don't get the Mom and kid on this olevel either. I think its a fluke when you finally get it and a little bit of luck. I remember another game being like this.
