I could use some help. I have solved both rooms and have the rope and grappling hook attached to each other. I have tried getting the key about 100 times and cannot get the hook to attach to anything. How do you do it? I am soooo frustrated. I cannot continue the game unless I can get the red key and I can't get the red key because I cannot get the hook to attach to anything. Arrrgh.

I am new to this game. I am confused. I seem to be locked out of neighborhoods. There is no set route button available, even though there is demand. Why? What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
