I somehow goofed and ended up buying 2 of the same game.
I would like a refund for one.

But can't get to Big Fish. I answered all questions, and just got a new
round of questions! Over and over and over.

Like I said, a big run around.

So what do I do now?

It's an okay game, but again another one where the ending is just blah.
A Skip button and then the game is over? Not just the fight? And you have to
play the whole game again to see it. No thanks. Not worth the time to play since
there is no ending.

I just used the Hint button after a long time of trying. Worked great!

After almost half an hour of frustration, I resorted to that for an answer.

I, too have that puzzle that cannot be solved! And NO RESET. I give up. Either a
reset, or Skip on this, OR a refund!

Apparently nobody knows?? I don't have an Option slot for the mouse,
just 4 slots total on the Option list. So we aren't given the full Options list if we buy
the game from Big Fish??

I can't either, think it must be a dead game after all these years. And nobody else is here either. They took our money and now want to make us pay to play a game we
bought in good faith years ago? With no time limits on duration. I am very unhappy with this site.

Found the Carbonite, but HOW do you pick it up and use it? I have many of these games, Aveyond and 3 of those and 12 of Aldorlea RPG games, but this one has me stumped.

I just played that Frog -Lily Pad and no problem at all. Downloaded the game
today. So maybe that means they fixed it. Hope so,

I was told by Aldorlea Games that Big Fish has had Act 2 for awhile
now, just hasn't seen fit to release it for whatever unknown reasons.
I wish we had a RPG site that would do what BF used to with these games,
Hidden Object games are all they care about now. Even 50% off would be ok for a full version of RPG,
I am pretty well filled up with HO's now. Getting boring. Wondering if it's worth it to stay with BF.

I have the same problem as Sante001 does and it is an ongoing problem for me.
I have ESET and it just is not working well with Big Fish. A pain.
