I have never been so frustrated playing a game and I have been a member of big fish for several years. I started out enjoying this game but cannot go anywhere now. Cannot get help from anyone and when I bought rubies they charged me twice but didn't get the rubies.

went to library and found ladder and clicked on it. Went back to Pensacola Fl but no ladder to put on plane. Any other suggestions.
