I have gotten all of the card symbols except the DIAMOND. I have tried all combinations and the help button but the DIAMOND does not appear. What now?

i have tried to place the bowler over the paper but all it does is the bowler spins away back to inventory and the paper stays where it was. Whats going on???

Found power switch upstairs, installed switch in switch room downstairs. Cannot move switch down to turn off power, switch does not move. Any suggestions as to what I may have missed?

I got the switch from the room upstairs and installed it in the power room but the switch will not move down to turn the power off. I am not aware of anything I missed prior to installing the switch. What now??
