I am having the same problem. Mods, please reply to this problem. Customer service couldn't help me.

Moderator, please answer the question about new phrases that was posted on april 11, 2010. I am having the same problem, and customer service couldn't solve it. He just said to select "never download new phrases" and I'd never get the message that there are no new phrases. This reminds me of "Doctor it hurts when I do this" and the doctor says "Then don't do it"
