I am in the General Store and did everything so far except when I examined the door in the back , it says missing code I know the code is 7346 but I can't apply it the hand there just moves but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong. Somebody please help!

Lost City of Z: Special Edition

I found "Lost city of Z" to be defective. I only get so far and then it does not do anything. I've tried it twice and it freezes up at the same place. It is so frustrating
