I have tried 12 times in the last month to download this game, finally did after I changed the folder from C:\ Program Files to another one where I usually put my games into and did it over 3 days at 12 hours at a time (I only have dialup not highspeed) and only pausing the download but leaving GM open and disconnecting from the internet but it finally downloaded.

What if tech support doesn't work either? The page just freezes up after I describe what is going on with the game. I think I'll just give up on this game and forget that it cost me to buy it just sick of fooling with it can a person get a refund or credit?

I have tried everything to get this game downloaded followed all the info on the help pages it finally did download after 6 hours then failed (I don't have high speed internet just dial up) I alway's get a backup cd and install from that well I thought I bought one with this purchase but only got a trial games cd that sucks.
