Hi Mummy, Bright and sunny here and temps may get into the low 60s this afternoon. Am really enjoying this warmer weather ... plus it will mean a big drop in my heating bill!! Hope you have a great afternoon/evening.

pguild, welcome to the Fish Pond. After you fill in the form, you will need to click on the check for answer button. If the Check for Answer button is still showing, look up at your input to see if you missed a required field. If a list comes up with topics you can check, there should be a button at the very bottom for Submit My Question.
... I'll also PM you with an address that might help you. Good Luck

.....Hi Everyone. Took Mom to the hospital lab this morning so she could get some follow-up tests done. Rather than hang out in the waiting room, I took a walk on their walking trail. It's quite nice and has "stations" setup along the route where you stop to do an exercise ... 20 jumping jacks, 20 reps of a set of stretches, etc. It was a nice change of pace. Temps are in the high 40s right now but we may actually get into low 60s by late afternoon. WhooooHooo!!
.....Looks like I'll be playing the demo for today's TGT and perhaps will buy it. I finished Mishap last night. Very different. Had to play in segments. I enjoyed it very much.
.....I picked up Dean Koontz's book Breathless so will read a bit today. Plan to take Mom to the grocery store this afternoon. And, I do need to get a couple of chores done on my To-Do List.
.....Sending prayers and positive thoughts to all on my daily prayer list. Hope everyone has a Terrific Thursday.

BinLa, thanks for the recommendation. I love finding a new author to read. I didn't know his son was writing. He sure looks like his Dad. I'll check his books out next time I go to the library.

I tried the demo for a bit when BFG released the game; left 30 minutes on the clock and quit the demo but left the game in my Game Manager. I haven't purchased a game in March so replayed ... and really enjoyed it so have now purchased and am playing the game.
I play one segment at a time. From the start through the challenge with the ghost. Then my eyes need a rest. The graphics and animation are phenomenal. I read every bit of the story and everything in the screens. I always look at all of a room before I tray to find anything. There are no straight edges ... everything is out of whack and the creatures and animations are wonderful to observe. And I'm really enjoying the music and sounds.
I'm about 1/2 way through the game and loving every minute.

Willows, it sounds like Boggle. Is that the one? There is an online site that has Boggle Bash. It is a fun word game.

I have purchased one CE ... Dire Grove. I did so because it is my most favorite series. I have not purchased any of the others primarily because I live on a fixed income and would rather purchase 3 games instead of 1. However, if a CE came out that was exceptional, I'd find a way to purchase it.
I applaud BFG for their pricing policies. They have a new game every day for $6.99 plus a daily deal for $2.99, and often have soft releases which gives us extra choices. Plus they often have game sales from $0.99 to $4.99 and all purchases count towards the punchcard with CE's counting as 3 games. I'd say this is a win-win situation. CE pricing allows them to get additional income to put back into their development coffers.
If you don't want to pay for a CE, wait a couple of weeks and the regular version will come out. But, please don't begrudge others who take pleasure in the "extras".

Hi Silly, hope you get the things done with time to spare. Do something fun with those Silly kids this afternoon!!
Hi Lilorange, your seminar project sounds perfect for Spring. If you do one for each season, you can hang one and change it out as the seasons change. I have a stained glass piece I change out: a robin, a basket of flowers, a scarecrow, and a santa. Hope you have a good day at work.
Hey Memaw, it's just hitting 55 now so I'll probably open two of the living room windows so my furbabies can sniff and chuff to their heart's content. lol Good for Angus ... never know when a mutant ninja squirrel may appear!!
Hi Lisa, Bundle up, wrap your toes in plastic wrap taped at the top, and hike a bit on the beach in the sun. Even just a few minutes would help lift my mood anyway. Won't be long and it'll be pool weather. You leave Friday ... right?

....... Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!! Went to Mom's early this morning and walked in the Garden's nearby. Made a nice change and they're filled with really interesting plants and objects so it's an enjoyable walk. Mom's doing well. My nephew moved out so she's living alone again. I'll need to talk to my brother and work it our so we share the well-check visits more evenly.
.....I'm downloading the TGT. Still have a couple of other demo's to play and I'm hoping at least one will be a keeper. It's 38 F now and should get to about 60 this afternoon. I plan to go outside mid-afternoon and do some cleanup work in the yard. Also need to get my lawnmower to the shop for it's spring overhaul ... but need someone to help lift it so will watch for one of my neighbors to appear.
..... Sending prayers and positive thoughts to all my fishie friends in need. Hope everyone does something fun today!! Have a Wonderful Wednesday!!

My DD had a sleep study and now uses a CPAP machine. It's made the world of difference. She goes to sleep right away, does NOT snore, and sleeps an average of 8 hours. She's alert when she wakes up and stays alert all day.
