PARTY TIME!!!
Congratulations on producing your 50th game! (although I am a bit worried about the chanting trolls and singing play - not really my cup of tea!) I'm looking forward to seeing just how exciting and unique your new game will be!! sas

Just wondering - I can't recall much info given out, about the Doctor's family (but then, I didn't see the last two doctors in the old series )
Any chance that Clara is a sister? I did like the suggestion of her being the daughter of the Doctor and River, but I thought Clara was more like the Doctor's cloned daughter, in character. Anyway, not long to go now.... sas

I missed the sale last year as my PC was out of action. I would LOVE it if I could buy even a limited amount of credits. I do think that this could be an 'anniversary' offer and available to club members on their anniversary date. It would be an incentive to maintain membership, and an email offer could be sent out . After all, we get a Felix after 12 months, and then nothing else. It wouldn't be something that you sign up just to get the offer, then cancel your subscription, so loyalty gets rewarded.

I hope that the secret won't be let out, but hey, if someone offered money.....
I'm happy to wait and speculate wildly in the meantime......just hope that Clara won't become the first female Doctor (she's acting very Doctor-like ). Possible spoiler... And since Clara already knows the Doctor's secret name, and the Doctor has probably guessed her secret, my guess is that they will be forced to betray each others secrets in the last episode

KRSPDS-
yep, I have seen Steven Moffat on the BBC site. I noted that (possible spoiler), he has referred to the Doctor as - -just 'Who', not 'the Doctor' or 'Doctor Who'. and he has said- 'We’ll also find out what makes his new companion so impossible and there’s a surprise that no one has got right so far, and one that will change the course of Who forever!' Just hoping that the last episode in the series is a good one (I still remember the build up to a certain game, that turned out to be a bit of a fizzer )
In the meantime, I will just have to content myself with a new series of Time Team starting tonight-another of my favourite 'time travelling' shows! sas

OK, so when his name is revealed, there is no reason to call him Dr Who or the doctor anymore. New name for the show?
This bit is whited out as it may be a spoiler for those who haven't seen the latest episode (highlight to read)- I think its strange that- - Clara seems to take aliens in her stride (esp cybermen) Is she a veteran traveller? - the kids were taken along for a trip (we all know kids aren't going to keep that a secret for long, unless they are older than they appear). - When they guessed that Clara time- travelled, after searching the internet, (and how did that information. including photos?, get there?), Clara admitted it almost straight away. It's usually a secret known only to a trusted few. -The kids parents aren't there. This is getting weirder by the episode! sas

As far as I know, BFG are going to continue selling casual games. But I do have concerns about the type of casual game we are seeing (either on sale now, or beta testing). Several games I have played/tested recently seem to have less complex puzzles and HO scenes (yes, there is more interactivity in HOGs, but it seems that the items are easier to find (larger) and not so well hidden). One game I played recently had some good reviews, but only had a few locations to visit.I actually ended up playing this in instalments, because it didn't hold my interest.I can't help thinking that although the games are different for the mobile market, we are starting to see a definite change in the basic game play.
Most of the world's population use mobile devices for access to the net, so there is a HUGE game market out there. Those of us lucky enough to have a desktop (PC) are going to be in the minority sooner or later. I would love to see a really good (new) adventure (maybe HOG) made specifically for larger screens, with complex puzzles and lots of things to do and places to see.One that drives me crazy, but really exercises my brain. One that I may only play once, but get a lot of pleasure from. Not holding my breath, waiting! sas
