With my first love being the original Royal Envoy, I didn't like the changes in the second version. But for some reason, I like Campaign for the Crown a lot.

There is quite a lot of variety, cute details, and just has a cheerful vibe. It does seem a little easier than Royal Envoy, but I enjoyed it so much, I did not mind that.

There is also the added challenge of completing a long list of achievements once you've played the game through.

I really like this game!

Never mind, I got it! I was being confused by the fact it did not 'take' my routes when it was only a matter of putting it in again a little more firmly... its just a bit sensitive.

In the hint, the boats are not at all in the same positions as my game.

This is where you safely escort John Lane through all the bandits to the bottom where the white sheriff is waiting. I've killed all the bandits and set the other gunslinger free, but nothing happens...we're all waiting down by the signpost and the sheriff is silent.

Didn't find the sub-quest, unless it was rescuing the 'good' gunslinger. Argh! Talk to me, white sheriff!!

I've killed all the bandits I can see, and still nothing when I go to the white Sheriff at crossroad. I'll try the sub-quest mentioned in previous post...

When you drag the worker onto the cave-in, the pickaxe symbol should appear, allowing her to work on it. The hero can't do it.

When there's a big lump of gold or coal 'pouring' out of the cliff, a worker (or two) has to pickaxe it away, then after a bit, they'll stop and you'll be able to build the mine.

Trying to solve the blue stump tree. I have the little sapling and have done the magic hydrating rain on it several times. The last few times I tried it, it says the potion has no effect on it. When I put a villager on it, it says the soil is parched and regular rain won't be enough. I've also tried the fertilizer for new growth.

Thanks for help!!

I LOVE this game except for...
- Too short! Or maybe I was just enjoying it too fast (...is that possible)
- the creepy-themed level, not my personal cup of tea
- some minigames were over my head, had to skip some

Thank you! I was wondering if there was anything to figure out, or if it was just a luck thing... phew, frustrating!

I just started this game and was wondering about diving for shrimp: why there are two shrimp I can click on, and what the tube on the left was for (I know it explained it, but I did not read it carefully enough). I have just been clicking on the shrimp until he goes into the dive and get about 5.

Yay! This was great, thank you!

(JeanSki, don't confuse the temple with the palace:-)

Phew, that was a toughie! Gave up trying on my own and used the help here, thank you for the walk-throughs! Finally got it with 23 seconds to spare. I think there is some luck involved because of the random port offers.
