Hey there Everyone,

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

Hi Cillaannp,

I was just swimming by and thought I'd help out with your question.

As Purdyenough mentioned, you can install Sunken Secrets on your new iPad and sign in with your Facebook account, or a Big Fish Games account if this is how you connected the game.

Please keep in mind that the original Sunken Secrets progress will need to be connected to one of those accounts first before you remove it from the old iPad. This will help to ensure that if for some reason the progress didn't link properly, you'll be able to go back and try to link it again.

Once you've verified that the original Sunken Secrets progress has been properly linked and loaded on the new iPad, you can remove the game from the old device and you'll be all set.

Hope this helps

Hey there Beckster5569,

I'm sorry to hear that there's some confusion on how the Fire Burst boost works.

After doing a bit of searching, it looks like this particular boost will randomly destroy 5 random Mana Crystals on the board. When you go to use the boost, are those 5 blocks not being destroyed?

Hey there EmeraldY,

For the wheel you mentioned, are you talking about the silly looking slot wheel?

If you are, this particular wheel will only appear when you've run out of moves on a level. This slot can be spun to earn an extra five moves, gain a life, or extra coins.

Hope this helps

Hey Everyone,

I'm sorry to hear that there was a small maintenance period in the game.

While the Forum team wasn't notified of this, it's very possible that the developer needed to make a few small changes in the game and had it taken down for just a bit. I'm glad to hear though that Sunken Secrets is now back up and running again like it should be without any trouble.

Hi KLCraig,

With how Sunken Secrets is set up, even though you can get Game Center achievements, this doesn't actually link you to your Game Center friends.

At this time the only way to automatically connect to friends you know in Sunken Secrets is to connect your game progress to a Facebook account. Since you mentioned that you don't want to do this, you can certainly keep an eye on the help feed that will appear and see if your friends appear there. If they do, you can go to their Island and select to follow them.

Hey there DM81 and Megamundo28,

I can certainly understand just how frustrating it is to be playing a game you're enjoying, only to run into a sudden lull of things to do within the game.

I want to assure you that the developers are aware of this and are working to get this sorted out. While we don't yet know when changes will be made to correct this, please know that these changes are coming.

Hi Michies_stuff ,

For those timed events that you see in the game, once the event is over, they won't come up again.

Like you, I had a few events in the game end during the middle of the night and I ended up missing out on getting the item. (I regretted not staying up that night and just playing till I got it).

We always pass along feedback that we see from players, so it's possible that if we have enough players mentioning that they'd like to see the event again, or have the ability to purchase the item, that it might appear in a future update.

Hi everyone,

Thank you for bringing the spam to our attention. As some of the other Mods have mentioned, the first thing we do when they get into the office in the early morning is clear out the spam posts, so thank you for your patience as we work quickly to get this removed.

The posting of spam is often automated, and we're definitely looking into ways to try to prevent it from happening at all. We wouldn't recommend clicking on any unfamiliar links, or any links that may be included in any of the spam posts.

For future reference, it's really helpful for us to clear out the spam faster if you just click on the ! in the top right corner of the post. With enough reports, this will remove the spam from appearing in the threads until we can get into the office and completely delete it.

I can absolutely understand not wanting to open the message to click the ! we only suggest this as it is a way of getting the posts removed from sight while we're not here for clean-up on aisle Spam.

The Spam problem is one that we are working with a number of teams to address and I am confident that a solution to this will be on the way soon.

In the meantime, on behalf of the moderators I am once again going to ask that we refrain from creating any further posts about the spam as it does go against the Forum Rules & FAQ and fewer posts about the spam mean more posts about the game front and center where they belong.

Make sure your posts are constructive and add to the conversation on the forums. Posting just to "level up" or "bump" discussions is considered SPAM. Posts that are not game related will be removed.

Do not respond to or comment on posts or discussions that break the rules. Report the post or discussion to a moderator. Contributing, even to mention that something breaks the rules, that discussion visible and aggravates the problem.

Hi 1_Jewel,

I'm sorry to hear that there's some trouble with not getting all of the crops after you've harvested them.

When harvesting crops, you should always get twice back what you planted originally. If none of those crops show in storage, or when you try to plant them again, my best suggestion would be to get in contact with our Customer Support team. In your email, if you could include your Sunken Secrets User ID this will really help the representative to look into what's happening.

Just in case it's needed, you can find your User ID by looking in the bottom left of the loading screen, or by opening up the Options menu (the gear icon), and then tapping on the Help button. You're ID will appear in that top left corner.

Hey there marizamelin,

Just as PreciousOllie mentioned, you can change your Island Name by opening up the Options menu (the gear icon) and then tapping on the Facebook icon. This will bring up a new window where you can update the name. Once you've changed it to something you'd prefer, just tap on Save.

Hope this helps

Hi Fairy_penguin,

I'm sorry to hear that something happened where you were charged not only pearls, but on your credit card too for the new pack. This certainly shouldn't have happened.

I recently purchased the new pack on my Sunken Secrets game as well and I want to assure you that only the 25 Pearls were taken. Because we certainly want to make sure you weren't getting charged when you shouldn't have been, it would be really helpful if you could get in contact with out Customer Support team and let them know what happened.

If you could share with them your User ID, as well as a screenshot of the purchase confirmation from Apple, they'll be able to take a look to get a better idea on what caused this to happen. Just in case it's needed, here's a link to one of our Help Articles with some helpful steps to get that screenshot
