Witches' Legacy: The Charleston Curse Collector's Edition

The door is locked, no reset button. and handle wont move (kinda like my own house)
 the ice pick no longer has arrows to move it. The guide dose not match. Clue keeps going to handle no movement....what am i missing here?

I used the the wet soap...now it says i need to lube it ....with what?? and where?-.
