If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team. We have a new PC version of 7 Gates: The Path to Zamolxes available now! The new version of this game fixes the following:

- Level 2-3 can now be finished without use of second amulet
- A glitch on Level 7-11 that made it very hard to finish has been fixed
- Players can now replay any previously finished level by clicking on the map

Hey fishies,

It sounds like a few of you are experiencing the same troubles with the disappear purple gem. If you haven't already, please try uninstalling and reinstalling your game to see if that helps.

Creating a new player profile can sometimes help as well, but keep in mind that doing this will require you to start over from the beginning.

If that doesn't help either, please run a Dr. Felix report and then send that over to our Tech Support team. The more information that we can gather about the types of systems that are being affected by this issue, the better the chances will be of us being able to fix it.

Hi zzzut,

Sorry for any confusion there may have been. If you had originally downloaded this game prior to March 12th, then uninstalling and reinstalling it would automatically give you the newest version. (If you've already done that, your Game Manager won't show any available updates.)

If you're still experiencing "file corruption" issues after updating your game, please contact Tech Support for further assistance.

If you aren't experiencing "file corruption" issues, then there's no need to install this update -- or use up any more of your download allowance!
