Aha!! After leaving the "I only turned my back for 30 seconds..." screen up so I could scour it for a while, I finally found the electrical tape: it's peeking out from behind the upper right corner of the counter where the burger makings are.

Does the mouse appear in every level?

Just an alert: it doesn't seem to be possible to get three stars on Level 9 in the Mac version. I've followed a couple of people's walkthroughs about 40 times now and even made some improvements upon them that saved me a fair bit of time, and the third star still peters out while the gryphon is getting rid of the black wolf or whatever that is by the tree, every time, without fail.

I mean, has anybody else playing this on a Mac completed Level 9 with three stars?

I know I haven't.

Sometimes there are differences in the same game for different platforms; My Kingdom for the Princess III on the Mac barely resembles the same game played on the PC, so I'm thinking the Mac version of Elven Legend may have been more carelessly coded or poorly ported or something, causing some levels to be impossible to complete with three stars.

It's frustrating to play a game with unreachable goals.

I'm pretty sure any lag you experience in a single-player Big Fish game is going to be because the game is pushing the limits of your computer's capabilities. Single-player Big Fish games aren't played online - they run on your computer's resources alone, with no Internet connection involved in regular game play. So any lag you experience is because your computer's having a hard time with the demands of the game, not because of any connection or server issues.

This wouldn't apply to things like Big Fish Casino, which is multiplayer...but unless I'm sorely mistaken, it would be the case with all the regular single-player games.

The time constraints in this game are crazy tight - and that's in "normal" mode. I can't imagine what they're like in "hard" mode. I haven't managed to get three stars on level 9 in about 70 attempts, so it doesn't surprise me that you're having a hard time with level 10.

And since I haven't yet come close to completing level 10 with *two* stars, let alone three, I can't tell you what it takes to get three...or whether it's even possible. I *hope* it is...

Good luck! Come back and let us know if you manage it!
