Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear that inventory items have been disappearing for a lot of you!

I'm afraid Customer Support and the specialists at Big Fish that work with the game developer, Elephant Games, are unable to make any changes to the programming of the game, but we absolutely see your recent posts about how crafted items are disappearing in the game.

We've gotten this information to our team that works with Elephant Games so they can investigate further. Hopefully this is something they can fix, and when a resolution is found and implemented, it will be included in a future update for the game.

Yay silver_hawk, we're all so happy and relieved to see you back!

We absolutely encourage sharing information and helping others in the Forums, and it makes me sad to hear that some players are discouraging other players from posting.

We strive for the Forums to be a happy, receptive, and fun place for players to share their thoughts, feedback, tip and tricks, and to communicate in, so moving forward, I hope the Forums will continue to be a positive community.

If anyone sees something that needs to be brought to our attention, please contact one of the mods so we can sort things out and take the appropriate action.

Have a good day, everyone!

Hi everyone!

If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility

While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.

The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.

If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.

If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.

When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

2) Be respectful of the reviewers. Please keep in mind our Forum Rules and be respectful of our reviewers. They take the time to post here to be helpful. Please do not review the reviews of others.
3) Do not respond to someone else’s reviews with questions or comments If you have any feedback about a review, or you feel that a review contains incorrect details about the game, please contact the poster directly via PM.
4) Do not review developers. While we do appreciate your feedback, we’d ask that you keep your posts in this thread dedicated to the specific game at hand.

*Moderators will be removing any content in this thread that is not a review.

Good morning!

I apologize for the redundancy of being asked to install Direct X when you already have the latest version. Direct X is a program from Microsoft, and some of the games we offer require the latest version of Direct X and it's components to be installed and also updated in order for a game to be able to launch and play properly.

Some games come with a bundled installer for Direct X, meaning that the request to check for and install any updates will automatically appear before the game installs, and has to be accepted in order for the game to install and activate successfully.

As for the request to install the Bing Toolbar, Bing is a Microsoft product as well, and thus they want to offer the toolbar as an option for customers when installing Direct X. We're not able to change anything about the option to install the Bing Toolbar in that prompt for Direct X that appears since that's on Microsoft's end, but the good news is that if the box is checked, you can simply un-check it to opt out of installing the Bing toolbar.

I hope that helps!

Hi everyone!

Somewhere over the is right! I completely understand the frustration with having to wait so long for an update for Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin', and while it doesn't amount too much, I do apologize for having to wait.

We're all anxiously awaiting the release of the next update. The mods all have their fingers ready and poised over their keyboards to post the announcement for the update when it's released to see who can post it the fastest. While the mods aren't given the information about the specific date for when the update will become available, we do know that our specialists and Boomzap are working hard to get the final touches completed on the update so it can finally be released.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, and hopefully the update comes over the soon!

Hi everyone!

I find myself sometimes playing this game on my iPad when I should be working or doing other things.....Does that mean I'm an Awakening Kingdoms addict?

It completely made my day to come across this thread, so thank you, aussiegirl1 for starting it, and for everyone else that contributed to it! We really appreciate when players share tips and tricks, bring technical issues to our attention, and generally just post in the Forums.

Thank YOU to all and happy gaming!

Good morning!

As Pinkrollsroyce mentioned, I'd recommend contacting Customer Support to see if they can help fix this, Candylady 45. I also changed the link to go to the "Contact Us" Form and also made that link clickable, Pinkrollsroyce.

Hi paynelake!

I'm sorry about the initial trouble, but glad to hear that the game is working now! The developers, Big Blue Bubble, did indeed release a server-side fix on August 18th to resolve crashing and a "stopped working" error message with the game, so I'm glad that you were able to get back to playing it.

Happy gaming!

Hey Everyone,

I have great news! A new version of Agency 33 is now available on the website. This update includes a fix for banishing the Water Dragon at the bridge to Rio.

This update should show up on the left-hand side of your Big Fish Games app under 'Updates.' If you're not seeing that, just follow the steps below:

1) Open your app and make sure you're signed into your account.
2) Click on the 'Options' COG on the top right-hand side of your screen.
3) Click on the 'Downloads' tab.
4) Select 'Manually' and click 'Check For Updates.'

If you are still running into issues after installing that update, please contact our Tech Support Team so we can look into those.

Thank you again for your patience everyone!

Hi everyone!

Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention, and I can definitely see how the small screen isn't ideal and can be difficult to work with when trying to play.

We've brought this Forum thread to the attention of the developers, so they are aware that many players are unhappy about this change. We're hoping action will be taken soon to change the display in the game.

Hi guys!

I have good news! Big Blue Bubble, the developer of My Singing Monsters, has released a server-side fix that should resolve the crashing and "stopped working" error.

The game has automatically been updated for everyone, which means this isn't actually available as an Update to download from the Big Fish Games App. You don't have to manually download the update for this fix.

When you go to play the game again now, some new files will be downloaded and that should resolve the recent technical issues.

I'm so glad you can get back to playing!

Hi everyone!

Thanks for the helpful posts!

LeReinaGitana and klfrr are indeed correct in that Customer Support can unlink your account from Facebook for you. Just send in an email from the Contact Us page with your current Dark Manor ID that you would like for Facebook to be removed from and they can get that taken care of for you.

Just dropping by to make arwen777's link to the fahleed mini games thread clickable! I find that thread to be really helpful while playing, so I hope that helps make gameplay more clear, charlieisr.

tazruby2000, thanks for your persistence in contacting us about the issue, and again, my apologies that you're still experiencing issues with the audio. I'll be sure to get this reported to the team of specialists that work with the developers, so maybe this is something they can try to fix in a future update.

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry to hear that some are experiencing sound issues and that many are encountering crashing and then not being able to get back into My Singing Monsters!

FishyFemale, Natty15519, and tazruby2000, that's disappointing that you're experiencing audio issues or no audio at all. This doesn't seem to be a frequently reported issue with the game at this time, but you can definitely send in a ticket to our Tech Support Team so they can try to help and see if anything can be done on your computer to make the sound work properly again. If nothing helps, the technical issues are still recorded so we can get that information to the game developers.

As for the crashing issues after trying to collect XP, tazruby2000 is absolutely right in that we've escalated this since it seems many are experiencing this issue recently. The good news is the developers are aware and investigating further, so hopefully they'll be able to find a fix and release an update soon that will resolve this so you can all get back to playing.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, everyone!

Hi everyone!

I'm disappointed to hear that so many players are experiencing inconsistency with the Daily Rewards in Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'.

The Daily Reward screen should pop up and issue the proper rewards as long as you sign into the game once every 24 hours, although when I play myself, I sometimes find that I have to play for a short period of time before it will eventually appear.

Rest assured that we send all reports of the issues with the Daily Reward, from the Forums and from the tickets that players send in to our Customer Support team to the specialists that work specifically with Boomzap, the game developer.

It does take time and hard work to investigate further and determine why a technical issue is occurring for some customers, but we do apologize for having to wait for this to be fixed.

While we're unable to make any changes or alter anything about the game ourselves here at Big Fish, we hope that Boomzap will be able to fix this so that the Daily Rewards start working properly for everybody that plays. As you all know, fixes and additional content are usually included in official updates that are released for the game.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hi everyone!

If only there were a way to skip Riddle Mode! I find some of the riddles to be kind of silly and hard to figure out sometimes too. I usually just use the "Hint" button if I can't figure out the riddle.

You will have to play certain scenes to get specific items for quests, but you can always prepare a little in advance when you have to play in Riddle Mode before playing a particular scene. After you click on a scene but before you click "Explore", it should say "Game Mode" in the middle of the window, and then have "Riddle Mode" right underneath that if it's going to play in Riddle Mode the next time you play that scene. I would recommend checking for that instead of backing out of the scene and wasting energy.

I hope that helps, and happy gaming!
