Face the pipes in the corridor and the click on the bottom of the doorframe to the laboratory near the left-side. That will take you into the lab but you'll need to do it each time you want to go back in.

Try tapping on a counter with a space next to it. Move courses into the alcoves to help rearrange. On the iPad2 you may find moving another counter up behind will force you course to move in the direction you want.

Try dropping it on the face rather that where you'd normally want to put it.

And once into the next room can rearrange the bookcase but then able to go down into the cellar - after cut scene unable to return so the game is now impossible to complete.

Wonder if it's because I'd part played the demo level before buying or are dead ends intentional and a "feature" not a bug?

Reinstalling

Si vous plais, demander un problème pour une solution individuelle ici. Il y a beaucoup de puzzlers avec un peu langue française.

The lab door is a known bug - see the Tech thread for the game. If you face the pipe puzzle and click on the bottom of the lab door frame near the corner of the left side it should move you into the lab but the door won't open again.

I'm under the asylum, again on new iPad2, and have solved the colored pipe puzzle in the floor but the center doesn't open - anyone else got this?

Just completed the Asylum stage, despite having all the coins only the two higher value ones stay put in the lock, the others just fall back into the inventory. Eventually had to use Skip to move on. Then on the cut screen the captions are too long to fit the iPad screen! Do Big Fish need more iPad testers???

Guys, just found out that you can overcome the bug by touching the bottom left corner of the door when facing the pipes. You will then enter the lab. This is for the iPad version.

Again thanks for this. Does seem to be a design bug if you get into the lab before using the Psychic Link.

BFG either leave the ID badge in the inventory until the level is complete or keep the door open once swiped.
