did laser puzzle but didnt get key, cant find tree plaque so stuck and cant go further, help

cant get down well, never received the rope ladder.

never mind, found the oil. dont remember it in game though.

where was i to get oil? i am in cave with rats and no oil, help

totally stuck. cant figure out how to match them

this game was alot of fun. i was kinda disappointed when it was over. waiting to play it again. love the carol reed games also. hope to have a new one soon.

finished, suddenly everything went great.

thanks, my walkthrough left out a step and i forgot about the hints.

i'm in same boat. will not do anything there and my walkthrough says that carol speaks

if you enter the catwalk by museum when you turn rt turn rt again and there they are

i've played to the point of the turquoise machine and carol never speaks. i can't get the oil can or anything to change color, of course the wheels aren't showing up either.
even skipped it and went to the brook but not correct.
