i was able to play game on trail once still had some minutes on free trail now game crashing not having any other problems with any other games am using windows xp please help

can't zoom in on tripod have alredy played hos in school house have zomed in on trunk and read letter when try to zoom in goes to play ground NOT TRIPOD
