My game crashes any time I pick up the cell phone to take a picture of the dead guy. I can do anything else, except pick up the phone. The game was working fine up to this point. Can somebody please tell me if there is any way to fix this? I tried reinstalling and I have the latest driver for my video card. I e-mailed the company I downloaded the game from and they won't help me. I really would like to continue this game.

I am unable to start the game. It tells me that Microsoft Visual C++ cannot continue because it might be the wrong version. I meet all the requirements to play the game. I am unhappy because I love Criminal Minds and have been waiting to play this game for a long time.
